When will the letter be delivered?
Our letters are all shipped from Santa Claus, Indiana which features a very special Christmas postmark every year. This postmark is only available from December 1st thru December 24th, because of this we will begin shipping all letters ordered before December on December 1st. If you order after December 1st, your order will be shipped after your letter is printed which may take a few days.
Please note that the U.S. postal service can get very backed up the closer to Christmas you wait to order. Because of this we also offer 2 day guaranteed delivery express mail for an additional fee to ensure delivery before Christmas if you order late in December.
When will you stop taking orders?
Because we offer an express mail option which takes 2 days, we will continue to take orders until a few days before Christmas. We generally advise to order within the first 2 weeks of December if you plan to choose the regular mail option and want to ensure it arrives before Christmas.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. We currently do not accept Paypal but hope to in the future.
Can I send one letter to multiple children?
Currently we are setup to send each child a seperate letter. We believe this is also beneficial to your child as they have something that is their own to keep forever and not have to share.
I have multiple children, can I send each one a different letter?
Yes! We offer 2 seperate looking letters but the contents of the letters can be heavily edited to appear to be totally different. Or you can make the letters contents the same and just have the childs name, wish list, gender, and accomplishments be different. The choice is yours.
If I order multiple cards, can you ship them together in the same envelope?
Yes but we only offer this option if you choose the express mail option which has an increased shipping fee but is guaranteed delivery in 2 days from the date we ship.
How do you ship the letters?
We ship all orders via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). We offer First Class, Priority and Express Mail. You can view the shipping charges when you are placing your order for the faster delivery options.
Will you ship to military addresses?
Yes! We support our troops and their families and ship to APO / FPO addresses.
Will you ship to foreign countries?
Yes! We will ship to any country but please note your shipping charges may vary depending on which country the letter is sent to.
